Local choreographer, Lyrric Jackson takes dance and movement to new heights in PUPPETRY= Breath, Movement, and Dance: Building Confident Performers through Kinesthetic Concepts. This series will allow participants to explore the body’s infinite range through breathing, space, time, and dance exercises. With each session connecting back to the other, participants will complete the series with a better understanding of the best ways to use their bodies during performances.
